Seekho

Kahaani ki ye panktiyaan dekho: "I'm feeling so sleepy." "It's a thief." "They're awake." Har shabd chhota roop hai jisme ek akshar gayab hai. Gayab akshar apostrophe (') se dikhaaya jaata hai.

In chhote roopon ko contractions kehte hain: I'm = I am; it's = it is; they're = they are; what's = what is; I'll = I will; I'd = I would (ya I had); we'll = we will; that's = that is; we're = we are; don't = do not; you'll = you will; must've = must have.

not ke saath aur: can't = cannot; won't = will not; didn't = did not; wouldn't = would not; shouldn't = should not. Aur have ke saath: I've = I have.

Kab use karein: contractions aam taur par bolte samay aur dostana lekhan mein; aupchaarik lekhan mein aksar poora roop. Dhyaan do: it's (it is) its (uska) se alag hai, aur they're, there aur their se alag hai!
